More Than Seven Decades of Israeli Legal Practice
H. Noam & Co. was founded in 1955 by Guy's grandfather, the late Adv. Haim Noam, and has built a longstanding Israeli legal practice with substantial experience in real estate, cooperative societies, litigation and commercial law.
Over the decades, the firm has represented leading Israeli real estate companies, developers, businesses and private clients and has been involved in numerous real estate development and urban renewal projects throughout Israel.
In BDI Code 2025, H. Noam & Co. was listed among prominent boutique law firms in Israel, with practice areas including real estate, urban renewal and cooperative societies.
Today, the firm is led by Guy's father, Adv. Ofer Noam, its Managing Partner, continuing the legal practice established by the previous generation.

International clients work directly with Guy, who personally leads and coordinates their Israel-side matter and remains their central point of contact throughout the process.

Guy personally leads the legal and commercial work in Israel and remains the central professional responsible for the matter.
When the client's signature is required, Guy can travel to the client's place of residence outside Israel and, subject to applicable local law, execute and authenticate the required documents.
The banking, tax, registration, administrative and professional steps required in Israel are coordinated under his direction.

Guy Noam is an Israeli attorney and notary with approximately 15 years of experience across thousands of real estate transactions and matters, including residential and commercial transactions, combination transactions, urban renewal, Pinui-Binui, property management and condominium law.
He holds an LL.B. degree with honors, has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2012, completed real estate appraisal studies at the Technion, is licensed as an Israeli notary and also holds an Israeli real estate brokerage license, providing additional market perspective and familiarity.

Guy's father, Adv. Ofer Noam, is the firm's Managing Partner today.
Guy represents the third generation of the family's legal practice. He began his legal career at H. Noam & Co., working closely with both his grandfather and his father and building his professional experience in real estate and related legal matters.
That professional relationship continues today. Guy's international practice operates in partnership with H. Noam & Co.
